Manpower Management Centre (MMC) was set up in the year 1987. MMC is a research organisation based in Delhi/NCR. At MMC we are powered by the belief that rigorous research should inform debates, discussion and decisions on matters of public policy. In our journey we have worked with several organisations; including Government, Navratan PSUs and corporates. Our strong team of passionate and practicing professionals with varied background ranging from sociologists, development sector experts, educationists, environmentalists, academicians, scientists, who together strive to provide innovative solutions for people at the bottom of the pyramid with focus on impact and sustainability. We are proud that our research has enabled policy making and improved developmental interventions. We have delivered over 60 reports (research, survey reports, impact assessment studies) across different sectors including Youth, Women & Child Development, Mining, Science & Technology, Education, Health etc covering 26 states of India.

We organise our research along four pillars: fostering an innovation; using technology for developmental objectives; enhancing India’s human capital; and measuring the efficacy of programmes.
